Citizen Builder offers construction planning, site assessment, material estimation, and project sequencing services. These services are strictly consultative. Citizen Builder does not perform construction work, act as a licensed contractor, or supervise trades.
You, the property owner or authorized agent, remain solely responsible for:

All services are prepaid and non-refundable once work has commenced. Site Visits and Project Maps are billed at published rates. Custom consulting may incur additional fees as agreed in writing.
All cost projections, recommendations, and estimates are based on market data and your provided scope. Actual project outcomes may differ due to market changes, site conditions, or contractor variability.
Citizen Builder shall not be liable for any construction errors, delays, cost overruns, code violations, or performance of third-party vendors. Liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the consulting services rendered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
