This service does not include written deliverables or follow-up documentation.

$75 Project Map Includes:

• Material takeoffs based on scope and square footage
• Labor cost range estimates based on local market data
• Written work scope with logical task sequencing
• Breakdown of budget, mid-tier, and premium cost options
• Tailored planning notes based on Site Visit findings (if applicable)

This service does not include permit applications, contractor selection, or design plans.
