Citizen Builder occasionally provides introductions to third-party professionals (e.g., licensed contractors, specialists, engineers, inspectors, or designers) as part of its consulting services. These introductions are made for your convenience and are not endorsements.

1. No Guarantee or Warranty

We do not guarantee, supervise, or warrant the work, pricing, licensing, or conduct of any referred provider. All due diligence, vetting, hiring, and contracting is the sole responsibility of you, the property owner.

2. No Undisclosed Compensation

• Citizen Builder receives no undisclosed fees, commissions, or compensation from referrals.
• If a referral arrangement involves any form of compensation, it will be disclosed in writing and agreed upon beforehand.

3. Independent Contractor Status

All referred professionals operate as independent entities. They are not employees, agents, or subcontractors of Citizen Builder or Axiopistis Holdings LC.

4. You Make the Final Choice

You are under no obligation to hire any referred provider. You are free to solicit competitive bids and make all contracting decisions independently.
